Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone system for processing voice recognition during a speech that enhances the user-friendliness of a series of routine work processings for reply with an incoming call by executing parallel processing during a speech on the basis of a result of voice recognition executed in an optional timing during the speech with an opposite party and automatically setting a special number with respect to a recognition object to a transfer key and a recording key. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a means that enters a state of a terminal and individual information, a means that recognizes an entered voice, a means that enters a voice signal from a speech path during a speech to the means recognizing the voice, a means that compares a result of voice recognition with a stored voice pattern and transmits the address obtained through the comparison to an address control section, and a means that automatically provides a dial number used to execute transfer of the address and the message recording to a function key and displays the process denoted by color display of the keys in response to the state confirmation result in relation to the recognition object.
