Abstract:

To provide a stacked photoelectric converter device comprising a means for reflecting and effectively absorbing the light incident on the photoelectric converter device in the photoelectric converter device, and an integrated thin film photoelectric converter module at a low cost.

In the stacked photoelectric converter device containing a plurality of photoelectric converter units formed by a pin junction, at least one or more portions constituted sequentially of a first photoelectric converter unit, a silicon composite layer and a second photoelectric converter unit from a side close to the light incident side are contained, and the silicon composite layer contains a silicon crystal phase in an amorphous alloy of silicon and oxygen, thereby solving the problem. The silicon composite layer can be processed by a film processing device equivalent to the photoelectric converter unit.
