Abstract:
To provide a spacer yielding no wavy deformation due to distortion even if hot water is passed through the spacer and preventing the damage of a filter sheet, and a cell type filter cartridge incorporating the spacer.
The spacer made of a thermoplastic resin is constituted by radially providing a large number of ribs to the spacer from the central part thereof. The radially formed ribs are constituted so as to be respectively deformed independently or as one or more groups to prevent the outer peripheral part of the spacer from being distorted by hot water to yield wavy deformation.
