Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lock-up clutch device from being repeatedly detached/ attached by delaying the engagement of the lock-up clutch device until satisfying the release condition set corresponding to the traveling condition of a vehicle when a lock-up clutch is released. SOLUTION: An automatic transmission control device 80 is provided with a releasing means 102 to release a lock-up clutch device 24. In addition a release condition judging means 104 to judge whether or not the release condition set corresponding to the traveling condition of a vehicle when the lock-up clutch device 24 is released, is provided, and a delaying means 10 to delay the engagement of the lock-up clutch device 24 until satisfying the release condition is provided. The lock-up clutch device 24 is prevented from being repeatedly released even when the frequency of generating the misfire is high, and the durability of a valve system, the lock-up clutch device 24, etc., can be improved.
