Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous tissue layer exfoliating device that can certainly exfoliate a dermal tissue layer while visually observes exfoliating situation of the dermal tissue layer during the exfoliation with a scope. SOLUTION: A sheath 2 having a tubular member 5 to which an insertion portion 7 of a scope 3 is removably attached is provided, the tip of the tubular member 5 is provided with an exfoliating member 20 formed from a transparent hard member and an expansible transparent cystic member 22 adjacently to this exfoliating member 20, and the scope 3 allows visual observation of a part exfoliated through the exfoliating member 20 and the cystic member 22.
