Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbing removing method and a decomposing method by which organic chlorine compounds such as dioxin can be economically removed by utilizing an absorbent of a low cost. SOLUTION: The adsorbing removing method of the organic chlorine compounds is distinguished by utilizing iron ore or manganese ore which has >=10 m2/g specific surface area and in which fine pore volume of fine pore diameter within the range of 2 to 5 nm is >=20% of total fine pore volume, as the adsorbent.
