Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine and assign the composition of necessary staffs. SOLUTION: A standard work constitution framework F0 as the constitution of the staffs necessary for the standard work is determined on the basis of the kinds and the number of facilities and the kind of work (C1-C4). The characteristic of a working place is registered. The standard work constitution framework F0 is corrected on the basis of the characteristic of the working place (C5), and a final work framework F1 indicating the constitution of the staffs necessary for actually performing the work is determined. The staffs are assigned to satisfy the final work framework.
