To enable to use an oxidation catalyst always in an activated state irrespective of exhaust gas temperature and effectively eliminate NOx by SCR.
Air is fed to an injection nozzle 7 via a first passage 8, and fuel and urea water solution are supplied to the first passage 8 by a first injector 10 and a second injector 11 to inject fuel and urea water solution together with air into a housing 4 from an injection hole 7B. A cylindrical tube 19 is provided to form a conduit, a jet body from the injection nozzle 7 is fed from an opening 2A via the conduit. Air is supplied into the conduit from a third passage 22, flame gas is supplied by igniting fuel by an ignition plug 20 in the cylindrical tube 19. An annular outlet 16A is provided on a tip part outer circumference of the injection nozzle 7, air is discharged in a skirt shape from the second passage 17 to prevent the jet body from adhering on a wall surface of the conduit.
