Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily distinguish rollers from others to improve assembling performance by sequentially reducing the diameters of rollers in each line arranged from the base end side of tranion to the tip side, and making the lengths differ. SOLUTION: Three lines of rollers 11a, b, c are arranged axially between a bearing case 62 and a traninon 51, and the diameter d1 of a roller 11a on the base end side of the tranion 51 is made larger than the diameter d2 of the intermediate roller 11b while the diameter d2 of a roller 11b is made slightly larger by μm unit than the diameter d3 of a roller 11c. Gaps c1 , c2 are slightly created at the tip side, however, they are adapted to correspond to the bend amount of tranion 51 at the time of torque transmission to allow the rollers 11a, b, c to be subjected to even load. The length L1 of the roller 11a is made slightly larger than that L2 of the roller 11b. In this way the identification of rollers of different diameters is made easy, thereby improving assembling workability.
