To provide an encryption key generation system in which an encryption key can be easily generated, is extremely hardly estimated from the other person, and further, even when a user himself or herself loses the key, the same key can be safely generated, and encryption key generation method and encryption key generation program.
The encryption key generation system comprises a discrimination means for discriminating whether an encryption key is generated for the first time or for the second time or more, a first encryption key generation means which requests the inputs of a keyword and a password and uses the keyword and the password to generate the encryption key when it is discriminated by the discrimination means that the encryption key is generated for the first time, a storage means for storing the keyword and the encryption key in a storage area, and a second encryption key generation means which requests the input of the password when it is discriminated by the discrimination means that the encryption key is generated for the second time or more, and generates the encryption key on the basis of the password and the keyword stored in the storage area.
