To enable a separation recovery of three different materials, that is, water, oil, and sludge, contained in a waste liquid such as recovery coolant, simultaneously and further, continuously in a simple device.

A device treats the waste liquid such as recovery coolant containing at least the oil, water, and sludge in the simple device simultaneously and continuously to separate into the oil, water, and sludge to recover. The separation recovery device of the waste liquid containing component such as recovery coolant has a degassing mechanism by a cyclone, a separation recovery mechanism of the oil, water, and sludge by the gravity using a separation tank, and a dewatering and recovery mechanism of water-containing sludge settled down in the bottom of the separation tank.
