Abstract:

To solve a problem in a conventional MH refrigerating machine that the lower a temperature is, the lower the efficiency is in performing the freezing output to a low temperature environment for freezer storage/cold storage by utilizing the heat such as exhaust heat.

A mechanical compression type refrigerating machine II is cascaded to an MH refrigerating unit I, or both of the cooling water 4b and the mechanical compression type refrigerating unit are used to cool hydrogen storage alloy M2H in alloy storage low-temperature tanks 2b, 3b for taking out the cold in a reproducing process of the MH refrigerating unit 1, by noting the characteristic of high refrigerating output at the neighborhood of a room temperature of the MH refrigerating unit I, and the characteristic of high refrigerating output at less than the room temperature of a refrigerant refrigerating machine. The utilizing efficiency of the heat including the exhaust heat necessary for the MH refrigerating unit I can be improved, and its refrigerating performance can be improved by adding the work of a little sophisticated power or compressor to the refrigerating unit I.
