To provide a voltage balance circuit that can always balance voltages of a plurality of accumulation elements connected in series at high efficiency.
There are provided in the voltage balance circuit that balances the voltages of the plurality of accumulation elements connected in series: an inductance element that is connected in such a manner that mutual inductance is generated between the arbitrary two accumulation elements for balancing other than a self-inductance component; a signal generation part that generates a signal of a prescribed frequency; a plurality of switching elements each of which switches a state that the two accumulation elements and the inductance element are connected to each other by the signal from the signal generation part to a state that the elements are disconnected from each other; and a capacitor inserted between the inductance element and each accumulation element. The voltage of the plurality of accumulation elements are balanced by utilizing the fact that the self-inductance component of the inductance element and the capacitor resonate with each other at the prescribed frequency.
