Abstract:
To separate and recycle a front and a rear substrates of components of a PDP without impairing the components.
A pressure difference profile capable of varying pressure difference between a discharge space and open air is applied while the PDP is heated at a prescribed temperature profile, an expansion power is applied upon the PDP while a sealing-frit has fully softened and a sealing power has weakened, and a front and a rear substrates 111, 112 are easily stabilized and separated.
