To provide a gas hotplate preheating combustion air by a burner body 32 in regard to a gas hotplate provided with an inner flame type burner 3 comprised by forming inward opening burner ports 32 in an inner circumferential portion of an annular burner body 32, and forcibly supplying the combustion air for a gas burner by a blower 6.
An air supply case 5 is composed of a bottomed cylindrical outer case 51 housing the burner body 32, and an inner case 52 surrounding the burner body 32 from an inner circumferential side, and an annular ventilation passage 54 is formed along the burner body 32 between the outer case 51 and the inner case 52. Air sent from the blower 6 is supplied as secondary air for combustion to an inner circumferential space of the inner case 52 via the ventilation passage 54, and primary air for combustion is supplied to an inflow end 31a of a mixing tube part 31.
