To provide information for incident prevention in almost real time to a medical worker by considering the incident actually generated in a medical care site.

A medical support system 1 generates care instructions for each nurse from a care flow data group stored in a data store 210, and transmits them to a personal digital assistant 40. Warning for incident prevention generated by an executive composition part 290 is added to the care instructions. An incident report generation part 220 generates an incident report IRP by using information inputted from the personal digital assistant 40. In the medical support system 1, when the incident report IRP is added, a KSD model 302 is updated. Furthermore, the data structure conversion characteristics of a data structure model 212 and a translator 240 are updated into those on which the KSD model 302 is reflected.
