To provide a low-cost oxygen concentration measuring device in high-temperature gas which can continuously and directly measure an oxygen concentration in high-temperature gas precisely using a small solid electrolyte tube without using a specific facility such as a furnace gas aspirator which is commonly used.
Platinum coating layers 4a and 4b are formed on the inner and outer surfaces of a cylindrical solid electrolyte tube 1 one of which edge is sealed. Platinum electrodes 5a and 5b are connected to the platinum coating layers to make the inner of the solid electrolyte tube 1 as a reference pole using air and the outer of the solid electrolyte tube 1 as an operating pole which contacts with a high-temperature gas. In addition, the rear edge of the solid electrolyte tube 1 is supported by insertingin a refractory supporting material 2. At the supporting part, a ceramic yarn 8 can be intervened to seal the solid electrolyte tube 1 and the refractory supporting material 2.
