To provide a broadcast communication system, a data transmission terminal, a server, and a client terminal wherein a destination of broadcast transmission is a server to which the client can be connected.

A host name of clients 6 to 8 to which an broadcast transmission terminal 1 desires to browse a document is transmitted to a document browsing server 2 belonging to a domain B together with a broadcast document. Upon the receipt of the host name of the clients 6 to 8 and the broadcast document, the document browsing server 2 uses a DNS server belonging to each domain to acquire IP addresses of the clients 6 to 8 from the host name, and transmits a broadcast document arrival notice to the clients 6 to 8. The clients 6 to 8 access the document browsing server 2 to browse the broadcast document. Thus, each client can quickly and surely browse the broadcast document to improve the convenience of the broadcast transmission system.
