Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module whose production yield is high, whose realibility and conversion efficiency are high, which has a structure capable of being made easily large-sized and whose performance is high. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module 10 is composed of an electrically and thermally insulating form 11 in which a plurality of through holes 12 are formed, and in which a plurality of grooves 13 for electrodes used to connect the through holes 12 are formed. The conversion module 10 is composed of p-type thermionic elements 14 and n-type thermionic elements 15 which are arranged alternately on the through holes 12 at the form 11. The conversion module 10 is composed of metal masks 18 which are fixed to bottom faces of the grooves 13 for the electrodes at the form 11. The conversion module 10 is composed of thermal spraying electrodes 16 which are buried in such a way that the p-type thermoelectric elements 14 and the p-type thermoelectric elements 15 are electrically connected to each other in series on the grooves 13 for the electrodes at the form 11. The form 11, the thermoelectric elements 14, 15 the metal masks 18 and the thermal spraying electrodes 16 are fixed and bonded integrally.
