Abstract:
To manufacture an FRP panel with embossed decoration having unevenness on its surface simply and inexpensively without requiring a mold to which exclusive emboss processing for forming an embossed pattern is applied.
An FRP panel original plate 3 having reinforcing fibers 2 mixed in a thermosetting resin 1 is molded and the surface of the plate 3 is ground to expose the reinforcing fibers 2. Thereafter, a laminate sheet 4 is laminated on the surface of the FRP panel original plate 3 with an adhesive 5 to form the regions which correspond to the exposed parts of the reinforcing fibers 2 of the laminate sheet 4 as protruded parts 6.
