To provide an air conditioner having high relaxing effect in comparison with relaxing effect only by an aromatic component, with respect to the air conditioner applying an evaporation system not accompanying fire, being free from the possibility of fire and burn injury, and releasing the aromatic component.

This air conditioner 10 is configurated with a container 20 for storing the aromatic liquid, a lid member 30 fitted to the container 20 and having a releasing hole 30b, a cylindrical member 22 mounted in the container 20, a water spray means 26 for spraying the aromatic liquid stored in the container 20 to the cylindrical member 22, a releasing means 29 for releasing the air including the evaporating component of the aromatic liquid to the external of the container 20, and a driving means M for driving the water spray means 26 and the releasing means 29.
