To provide a constant current drive control circuit in which a driving transistor is quickly turned on at determined time after operating a switch and by which a load is driven.

The constant current drive control circuit is constituted so that the load is always driven in stable drive timing by providing a capacitor for phase compensation with a bias circuit for discharge, operating the bias circuit for discharge after the first drive of the load such as a shutter, discharging potential of the capacitor for phase compensation to the same potential as that before the first drive starts and using the same conditions as that at the start of the first load drive in the case of the second and subsequent load drive.
