Abstract:
To provide a metal oxide-deposited body which is high in productivity, inexpensive and excellent in economical efficiency, can use wide variety of substrates, can be obtained by a simple and easy operation, has an excellent physical property of a metal oxide, and has high adhesiveness and high mechanical strength, and also to provide a method for production thereof.
This metal oxide-deposited body has, on the surface of a substrate, a metal oxide layer obtained from a metal carboxylate and an alcohol and/or from a metal alkoxy group-containing compound and a carboxy group- containing compound.
