To provide a guide device guiding a user waiting for arrival/departure of an airplane in an airport to a shop and guiding the user to a boarding/arrival gate at a boarding/arrival time.
In receipt of a password and a flight name from a user terminal 2 of a user, a server 1 registers a current position matching the password and the flight name in a user master 12. Then, the server 1 transmits a warning to the user terminal if a staying time as a difference between time until the current boarding starting time, which is registered in a departure flight master 13a in association with the flight name registered in the user master 12 for the user, and traveling time from the current position registered in the user master 12 to the boarding gate is shorter than a predetermined time, and in other cases, transmits information recommending a souvenir shop, for which sum of the traveling time stored in a souvenior shop table 14 and and ordinary shopping time is shorter than the staying time.
