To provide a virtual communication system using weather forecast information for virtual conversational processing so as to improve amusement.

In this virtual communication system, a storage part 22 of a server-side device 2 stores a plurality of candidates of output target data correlatively to the respective pieces of weather forecast information. A control part 21 acquires the weather forecast information, stores the acquired weather forecast information in the storage part 22, selects at least one of the candidates of the output target data on the basis of the stored weather forecast information about past weather, and transmits the selected output target data to a virtual communication terminal device 1. The virtual communication terminal device 1 receives the output target data transmitted from the server-side device 2, and executes the virtual conversational processing on the basis of the received output target data.
