A plurality of display panels each of which has at least one light emitting component whose light emission is controlled are arranged on the floor surface of a passage of the mobile robot and a plurality of pressure sensors each of which is arranged so as to measure pressure based on the weight of the mobile robot are arranged on respective points (base points) on which the display panels are arranged on the passage. A position management part in a robot management apparatus detects the base point on which the mobile robot exists out of the plurality of base points on which the plurality of display panels are respectively arranged on the basis of a pressure value measured by each of the plurality of pressure sensors. A display control part controls the light emission of the plurality of display panels on the basis of the state of the mobile robot, which is transmitted from the mobile robot and the base point detected by the position management part.
