Abstract:
To provide a composition for hard coat, having excellent scratch resistance and impact resistance as a one-pack type; to provide a plastic resin treated with the composition.
The one-pack type composition for the hard coat having the excellent scratch resistance and impact resistance is obtained by adding an organic polymer such as a polyethylene glycol capable of forming a hydrogen bond with a reaction product of an epoxysilane hydrolyzate with a metal alcoholate, and a metal oxide to the reaction product of the epoxysilane hydrolyzate with the metal alcoholate, and reacting them.
