To provide X-ray apparatus which can set up shooting conditions even in an X-ray movable diaphragm side.
An X-ray apparatus has a body, an X-ray generation part which generates X rays by the control from the body, and an X-ray movable diaphragm 3 which adjusts the radiation field of generated X rays. The X-ray movable diaphragm 3 is equipped with a shooting requirement setting part (a shooting requirement setter 32). By preparing the shooting requirement setting part on not only the body but also the X-ray movable diaphragm, shooting requirements can be adjusted directly from the shooting requirement setting part of the X-ray movable diaphragm without moving to the body side when determining the position of the X-ray generation part and the X-ray movable diaphragm. Therefore, the shooting requirements are adjusted roughly on the body side preliminarily. After moving the X-ray generation part and the X-ray movable diaphragm to an appropriate position, the shooting conditions can be fine-tuned by the shooting requirement setting part prepared on the X-ray movable diaphragm.
