Abstract:
To obtain a coating agent for titanium-based inorganic film formation, which has excellent storage stability and excellent adhesivity to a material and to provide a method for inorganic film formation using the coating agent for inorganic film formation.
The coating agent for inorganic film formation comprises (A) a titanium-containing aqueous solution obtained by mixing at least one kind of a titanium compound selected from the group consisting of a hydrolyzable titanium compound, its low condensate, titanium hydroxide and its low condensate with a hydrogen peroxide solution and (B) at least one kind of a compound selected from the group consisting of acetanilide, phenacetin and oxyquinoline.
