Abstract:
The invention relates to a conductive rubber roller, a transfer printing roller and an image forming device. The invention provides the conductive rubber roller which is manufactured easily with low cost, does not cause pollution to a component to be charged, and has reduced electric fluctuation and excellent durability; the transfer printing roller using the conductive rubber roller; and the image forming device provided with the transfer printing roller. The conductive rubber roller is used in electro-photography. The rubber constituent of the roller comprises an acrylonitrile divinyl rubber with 15 to 25 weight percent of acrylonitrile, an epichlorohydrin rubber with 70mol percent epoxy ethane, and a copolymer of epoxy ethane (A)/ propylene oxide (B)/ allyl glycidyl ether (C). The copolymerization ratio of the copolymer meets the relation that (A) and (B) is less than 90mol percent and the relation that (B) and (C) is less than 20mol percent. The Mooney viscosity (ML1+4100 DEG C) of the rubber combination of the rubber constituents is 30 to 70.
