Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for easily researching constitution elements of map information which is frequently used in daily life.
In a map information research assisting apparatus 100, a current position detecting means 102 detects the current position of a researcher. A map information output means 106 outputs map information together with the current position by using the current position detecting means 102 and a map information database referring means 104. A related information input means 110 accepts a research result based upon assistance information presented by a research assisting means 108 as related information on constitution elements.
