Abstract:
To provide a trackball that gives the feel of using a joystick.
The trackball comprises a restoration device that restores the rolling position of the ball 11 after rolling operation of the ball to give the feel of using the joystick. Preferably, the restoration device has a DC motor 15x for an X-axis that restores the rolling position of the ball with reference to an X-axis, and a DC motor 15y for a Y-axis that restores the rolling position of the ball with reference to a Y-axis orthogonal to an X-axis.
