Abstract:
Access routers (2a to 2c) transmit a router advertisement containing information on the access router of the destination to be connected next. A mobile terminal (3) generates a C/O address of the access router of the destination to be connected next, before handover, according to the router advertisement of the access router currently connected and registers it in a home agent (1) in advance. The home agent (1) starts broadcast transmission for transmitting a packet destined to the mobile terminal (3) to the access router currently connected and to the access router to be subjected to handover.
