To provide a mount structure for an electronic imaging camera achieving improvement of productivity and reduction of manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts.
A dust-proof rubber 12 includes a dust-proof rubber body 12a, and an O-ring 12c integrally formed with the dust-proof body 12a through a pair of parallel folding parts 12b and 12b extended from the dust-proof rubber body 12a. In the dust-proof rubber body 12a, a supporting frame part 12d supporting a holder 13, a light shielding plate 14 and a cover glass 15 in an overlapped state is formed at one opening surface part, and a tight-contact surface part coming in tight-contact with the periphery part of the imaging surface 17 of a CCD 16 is formed at the other opening surface part. The O-ring 12c includes the holder 13, the light shielding plate 14 and the cover glass 15 and is mounted in such a state that it is folded from the folding parts 12b and 12b.
