To realize to construct an efficiently distributable information service system for surely protecting the right such as copyright of an information provider as a result of relatively easily embedding identification data for every user in providing information even when applied to the information service system for transmitting the information to many and unspecified users.

An information reproducing device receives and reproduces the information such as a picture transmitted from a network 2. The device has a data embedding unit 20 for executing embedding processing on reproducible prescribed identification data in the information received by a freely attachable-detachable card module 10. The card module 10 is connected to a card interface 11 arranged in an information receiver 1, and has a function for outputting the data to the receiver 1 after executing the embedding processing on the identification data on the user to the transmission information from the receiver 1.
