Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the efficiency of (to centralize) the management of receipt draft in the whole of groups by uniting the information on receipt draft into one in the whole of group companies, and reduce the expenses by rationalizing the management of receipt draft, and to lessen the risk of the whole of groups by communizing dishonor information. SOLUTION: This receipt draft management apparatus is provided with a bill face information receiving part 1401 for receiving the bill face information of a receipt draft of each group company, a price information receiving part 1404 for receiving the price information of the receipt draft, a money payment part 1405 for making a payment of money of the receipt draft in deposit accounts 102 provided for every group company in the financial department of the group control company or group internal bank according to the received bill face information and money information, a dishonor information receiving part 1406 for receiving the dishonor information of the receipt draft, and a dishonor information transmitting part 1407 for transmitting the dishonor information to terminal devices 331 of the group companies.
