To provide a technology capable of further widely and properly coping with rigidity possessed by paper sheets in delivering the paper sheets.
A pressurizing roller 441 is arranged in a contact state in a central roller of feed rollers 412 installed by three pieces on a shaft 412a. A fixed separator 414 is respectively arranged on both sides of the pressurizing roller 441. A respectively movable movable separator 442 is arranged between the pressurizing roller 441 and the separator 414. The separator 442 makes frictional force lower than the fixed separator 414 act on a bill by moving onto the bill having relatively high rigidity, and makes frictional force stronger than the fixed separator 414 act on a bill in the bill having low rigidity to the contrary.
