To provide a health management system which enables the automatic transmission of the trends of the measured blood sugar values to the medical institutions (medical sites) with an alarm display when the values exceed the threshold daily in succession by storing their trends per user.

In the health management system, a blood sugar measuring device which is measurable by the examinees themselves and also has the functions of a cellular phone is provided with a communication means capable of transmitting the dates of the measurements, the measured blood sugar value data and the information on the examinees containing the cellular phone numbers and the identification information to the computers of the medical sites and a memory means. The measured blood sugar value data are stored together with the date of the measurement everyday into the memory means. When the measured blood sugar value data exceed the threshold daily in succession, an alarm is displayed, and at the same time the data are automatically transmitted as the trend data of the measured blood sugar values to the medical sites and/or the sites of the managing dieticians.
