To transmit a content profitable for the user of communication equipment considering the term of validity the content among respective contents about facilities provided in the front area of the moving communication equipment.
A traveling speed calculation part 371 calculates the traveling speed of the communication equipment 200 based on the present position of the communication equipment 200 and a position before a prescribed time with respect to the present position. A front area calculation part 373 calculates the front area being the front area of the moving direction of the communication equipment 200 based on the present position of the communication equipment 200 and the position before the prescribed time with respect to the present position. A content selection part 375 selects a content according to the term of validity and the traveling speed based on the term of validity set to each content corresponding to a position included in the calculated front area and the calculated traveling speed. The communication part 310 transmits the selected content to the communication equipment 200.
