A cross mark is marked on a seating 13 in advance, and a document camera 1 carries out temporary imaging and judges whether an image of the cross mark is included in an imaged image. In the case of judging presence of the image of the cross mark, the document camera 1 carries out temporary imaging and judges whether there is movement at a document 4. In the case of judging presence, the document camera 1 judges again whether the image of the cross mark is included in the imaged image. In the case of judging presence of the movement, the document camera 1 judges the presence of movement of the document 4 as erroneous judgment caused by influence of the shadow etc., and prohibits actual imaging.
