Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a catalyst-integral-type heat exchanger for recovering exhaust heat and to compact the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The catalyst-integral-type heat exchanger 1 for recovering exhaust heat comprises an inner case 2 for passing exhaust gas, an outer case 3 forming a fluid chamber 5 for passing heat recovering fluid of the exhaust gas between it and the inner case 2, catalyst 17 stored in the inner case 2, and a heat transfer part 28 for exchanging heat between the exhaust gas and the heat recovering fluid. The heat transfer part 28 comprises a gas passage 29 formed between a cylindrical case body 6 and an intermediate cylinder 22 and fins 30, and the fins 30 are arranged in the gas passage 29 so as to contact with the case body 6 and the intermediate cylinder 22. The inner case 2 and the outer case 3 have lid bodies 7 and 8 and lid bodies 12 and 13 with same specifications, respectively.
