To provide an OFDM demodulation apparatus with reduced circuit scale and power consumption.
An OFDM demodulation apparatus 1 comprises demodulation units 2a, 2b, with each of the demodulation units 2a, 2b includes antennas 3a, 3b, tuners 4a, 4b, baseband signal processing sections 5a, 5b and error correction processing sections 6a, 6b; the baseband signal processing sections 5a, 5b that include quadrature detection circuits 8a, 8b, waveform equalization circuits 15a, 15b and diversity composition circuits 16a, 16b; and the error correction processing sections 6a, 6b that include error correction processing memories 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b. For a baseband signal from the waveform equalization circuit 15a, the timing with the baseband signal, from the waveform equalization circuit 15b, is adjusted by the error correction processing memory 21a; and the diversity composing circuit 16b combines the baseband signal of which the timing is adjusted by the error correction processing memory 21a with the baseband signal from the waveform equalization circuit 15b.
