Abstract:
The invention provides a mechanism for supporting a discharge lamp to perform an electrical feeding operation by pushing a flat part for mouthpiece side and a flat part for holder side from a vertical direction. The invention includes a discharge(10) having a mouthpiece(40) installed in at least one side thereof, and a holder(30) for erecting the discharge lamp in a vertical direction. The mouthpiece of the discharge lamp includes a flat part for mouthpiece side which is formed of a conductive member. The holder includes a flat for holder side which is formed of a conductive member coupled to the corresponding flat part for mouthpiece side. A temporary fixing unit for mouthpiece side and a temporary fixing unit for holder side are operated by pushing the mouthpiece for the discharge lamp from a vertical direction to the flat part for holder side. A main fixing unit for mouthpiece side and a main fixing unit for holder side are operated to fix the mouthpiece and the holder.
