PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method for increasing a recycling rate of a disposed building material such as an adhered flooring tile interior material and the like. SOLUTION: A tile is obtained by forming a spread decorative chip layer or a printed layer, a transparent resin layer and the like on a smooth surface of congregated non-cellular plastic pellets having a size of 0.5 to 4.0 mm.
