Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten required time for layout of a printed board. SOLUTION: This layout support system for by-pass capacitor disposition and wiring in a printed board has a function of evaluating disposition conditions of a by-pass capacitor provided in a power supply circuit of the printed board. It comprises a computing means to compute frequency characteristics of a by-pass capacitor based on various sorts of information including layout information of the printed board, structure information of the printed board, and material information of the printed board, and a layout means to dispose and wire the by-pass capacitor to the printed board corresponding to the frequency characteristics of the by-pass capacitor computed by the computing means.
