Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer solid electrolyte lithium battery containing a polymer solid electrolyte with high transference number of lithium ions, having high energy density, high charge/discharge cycle characteristics, and high safety with no electrolyte leakage. SOLUTION: A polymer alloy formed with both a first polymer in which a polymer having polyether structure forms three dimensional network structure, and a second polymer having ether structure of boron and polyether in molecular structure, without forming covalent bonding, contains an ionic association salt to form the polymer solid electrolyte. As the second polymer, for example, polyoxyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether borate is used and preferably contained 30-70 wt.% in the solid electrolyte.
