To eliminate the attachment of garbage to a treating vessel and the rotation of the garbage together with the treating vessel in stirring, and to enable to send in air over the whole region of an upper layer, intermediate layer and lower layer of the treating vessel in good balance, by a simple structure.
In the garbage treating vessel 3, in which a vertical rotary shaft 23 is arranged in the central part, a horizontally arranged fixed blade 25, which keeps one end fixed to and supported by the peripheral wall of the garbage treating vessel 3 and the other end freely slidably supported with respect to the vertical rotary shaft 23, and horizontally arranged upper side and lower side stirrer blades 27 and 29 which keeps the proximal end parts to be one end sides respectively pass the upper side mounted to the vertical rotary shaft 23 and the lower side of the fixed blade 25 when the vertical rotary shaft 23 rotates are provided; and also, air jetting pipes 47, 61 and 69 are provided to the fixed blade 25, an upper side stirring blade 27 and a lower side stirring blade 29; for jetting air over the whole of the upper layer, intermediate layer and lower layer of the vessel in good balance.
