To provide an underwater scooter suppressing an increase of an overall height of a main body part as the underwater scooter as much as possible, when a four-cycle engine is mounted in place of a two-cycle engine.
This underwater scooter 10 is provided with at least a buoyant body 12 and an engine (internal combustion engine) E arranged on a lower side in the gravity direction of the buoyant body 12 to sail on the water or in the water by driving a propeller 14 by the engine E. The four-cycle engine is mounted as the engine E, the crankshaft 20 is arranged coaxially with a propeller shaft 22 of the propeller 14, and the cylinder head 24 is arranged to be a lower side of the crankshaft 20 in the gravity direction.
