Abstract:
The pyrotechnic composition comprises an oxidising charge comprising basic copper nitrate (BCN), a reducing charge, guanidine nitrate and a water-soluble binder. In addition it includes a supplementary reducing compound from hexogen (RDX), octogen (HMX), pentrite (PETN), triamino-guanidine nitrate (TAGN) or 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole-5-one (ONTA). Independent claims are also included for the compounds obtained and their preparation.
