Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode with a separator which realizes a high safety, low cost and a high energy density. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process comprises with an electrode delivery step for continuously delivering a band shaped electrode, a separator delivery step for continuously delivering a band shaped separator for prevention of short circuit, a lamination step for laminating the electrode and separator delivered by the respective steps. In the manufacturing process, the delivery speed of the separator is controlled so as to be faster than the delivery speed of the electrode. Accordingly, shrinking length of a separator is compensable, and failure of the electrode such as deformation caused by shrinkage of the separator is prevented.
